Fariba's Stand for Iran

Fariba Safai speaks about her performance piece "I Smile" and why she created it after the Iranian presidential election protests in 2009. I wrote, directed, shot and edited this video. It has been posted on a number of social media sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter and Facebook, as well as United for Iran, a social activist site to raise awareness of human rights abuses in Iran since the election protests in 2009.
